Review on 🔪 Optimized ZYLISS Kitchen Scissors by Tim Loya

I can't believe I've waited so long for kitchen scissors. I like her. I have several Zyliss knives that have lasted and continued to perform for years, so I trust the brand. The blade latch keeps them securely closed, not only protecting the blades but also preventing cuts when you reach into the drawer. I love that you can separate the blades for cleaning because nobody wants chicken juices hiding in there. They are also very easy to detach and reattach. I was just concerned about them staying together while using them, but they do a great job at that too. They can only fall apart during use if you try to cut something too big to cut with kitchen scissors. I've cooked a lot of grilled skewers since I've had them and it cuts the cooking time in half. i just love her
