. I don't write many reviews but after using this pillow for over a week now I am so impressed with how well it works for neck, shoulder and headaches and I wanted to share it. I've been using an old memory foam pillow for years and a few months ago woke up with a stiff neck and pain and almost daily headaches. I also have an ongoing shoulder problem that was made worse by the way I slept. Sometimes I would wake up in the middle of the night, I could hardly turn my head because my neck was very sore. But after using this pillow, my neck pain and headache disappeared! And my shoulder pain has decreased significantly! I love the way it wraps around my head and neck and makes me feel comfortable when I sleep on my back or side. I also use a sleep app with my smartwatch that tracks my sleep cycles and my deep sleep cycle time has almost doubled! I now feel rested and energized in the morning instead of waking up so tired. I really didn't expect this pillow to do everything for me, but it really does. I highly recommend!
