Wow I am very surprised at what I got. I was expecting a decent knife in an all-purpose box, and I could swear it was designed by the same people who make the boxes for Apple. The knife is beautiful and perfectly balanced. I immediately wanted to slice some to see how spicy it was. Believe me, very sharp. I cut a layer of skin off my finger while washing lol - no major damage - didn't go deep enough to cause any real damage - just a layer or two of skin. That being said, I took the brine out of the fridge and this knife cut through it easily. I cut everything into pieces. I have never used such a sharp knife (although I worked a lot in restaurants when I was young) and never used such a perfectly balanced and beautiful knife. I don't know if you have anything to say about this review but I am 100% happy with my purchase. Can't wait to cook a proper kitchen with him and see him cut chicken wings into wings lol.
