This automatic wine cabinet can store dry red wine for several days, but it is not very suitable for white or sweet wine. The wine holder is so big that the bottle doesn't fit back in the fridge or wine cooler once it's on the bottle. For this reason, it does not make sense with white or sweet wine. The wine cabinet runs on two AAA batteries. The first set of 2 is included in the scope of delivery. However, the battery life leaves a lot to be desired. Batteries need to be changed much more often than I expected. Before that I had an automatic wine saver that was MUCH more expensive. At the current retail price, this Wine Saver seems to be a decent price for dry red wine lovers. Remember to have AAA batteries handy.
