Great knife at an incredible price

Need a knife for slicing whole fillets and steaks. This cleaver is the perfect tool for this purpose. The knife arrived sharp and ready to use (I ran it over my Arkansas stone to really sharpen the blade, but it would work fine right out of the box). As this is a forged blade, wipe dry immediately after use. I also apply a very thin coat of olive oil on top to prevent rust after drying. 3 weeks use in the kitchen and no rust problems with proper care.
