Review on 🍽️ VECELO Modern Industrial Style 3-Piece Dining Set: Compact Table & Stylish Pu Cushion Chairs, Vintage Brown by Jose Isaacs

Most reviews are for a pub style table with stools but I bought an industrial style table and chairs. It was difficult to find reviews on this style before purchasing this product so I want to add my thoughts on this so others know what they are buying. If there were more reviews of this particular table I might not have bought it only to be disappointed so I hope I can help avoid disappointment in others. The table was relatively easy to set up. This took about 15 minutes or so. The table came together well, but one leg is shorter than the others making it unstable. This is a small issue, but a problem nonetheless. If that was the only problem I could live with that as a plain piece of cardboard does the job just fine. However, the real problems came when assembling the chairs. Both had the same problem as the table, hence they are also unstable and wobbly. One, like the table, is manageable. Only a minimal difference in length that is hardly noticeable. But the other is much worse. One foot half an inch off the ground (picture included). It is VERY unstable and I am afraid to sit in it. Then there is the issue of pillows. As mentioned in one review, they make a loud hiss, although I'd say it's more like wind in a tunnel. I wish that was the only issue with the pillows. I can't attach any of the cushions to the chair frame properly. The holes in the cushions don't line up with the holes in the chairs. I have included photos to show how misaligned they are. Both chairs are the same. I managed to get two screws in, but the other two didn't work. I double and triple checked to make sure I placed the pillows in the right direction and both were correct. I can work with that, but given how wobbly a chair is, I don't think it's worth it. I know it's not an expensive set and I wasn't expecting it either. However, I still paid for a three piece set and only one piece is actually usable, with box modification. Not sure if it's really worth the hassle of disassembling and repackaging to return. I have sent an email to Vecelo expressing my concerns and concerns, so I will update my review according to their response and the steps taken to resolve these issues. I'm very disappointed because I really like the look of this table and it's perfect for what I need. . Aesthetically it's perfect, but the quality just isn't there, even at the "cheaper" price point. EDIT: I got a useless reply from the company. They told me to loosen all the screws in the chairs and try again. I did this and still had the same problems. I've replied and told them their "solution" didn't work, but more than a week has passed and there's no reply. Luckily, with someone's help, I was able to find another solution. We completely dismantled the chairs and lengthened the legs, stretched the metal as much as possible, and finally attached the cushions properly. It also helped solve the shaky problem. I also changed my 2 star rating to 1 due to the lack of any real help from the company.
