I installed them on a 1983 Volkswagen Vanagon. They work great, both high and low beam, and the headlights are much better than the original. The DRL (Daytime Running Lights) feature is excellent and as my van didn't have DRLs it's a nice upgrade to get you started. The additional indicator is also a nice upgrade! The RGB halo is fun. I look forward to using it. Installation was pretty easy. The headlights themselves were "plug and play". Since my car is not a Jeep, installing DRLs wasn't that easy. Figuring out where to place and connect the RGB controller required some thought, but it really wasn't all that difficult. Depending on how you want the DRL feature to work, be prepared to test with a multimeter to ensure the correct circuit is connected. And wire the power wires properly (fuses, etc.). I'm not giving any recommendations on how to do this because you should feel comfortable doing it yourself. Unless you just get the non-RGB version and use them as main headlight upgrades.
