This is my first santoku knife. I thought about buying for a long time, but I treated all my chef's knives quite loyally. I decided that I wouldn't be wrong if I bought the F. Dick product. When I saw the "Exclusive Series of 1905" cutlery, I was completely amazed. The pen design is so beautiful, elegant and well made. I bought both a santoku and a paring knife from the same series. My only regret is that I didn't buy them a long time ago as they are wonderful to use. And I'm really impressed with how this santoku knife performs in the kitchen because I give it a lot of tasks. It quickly became my favorite knife. Feels very balanced and feels good in the hand.
