Problem with adjustable size?

We used this product on our pup for about a week. This is a 15 week old Great Pyrenees/Anatolian Shepherd Dog. Attitude. The battery is easy to install. Two small vibrating "buttons" are already installed, but there is another set in the box. There was some confusion on our part as to what the other set was for, as the instructions didn't say the pair was already installed. This part is on the opposite side of the speaker housing and abuts the dog's throat. It is important that the collar is not too tight and is not pulled tight with one finger, as these "buttons" are on the dog's neck. Results. The first day we put this on him the squeaking/vibrating scared him and he hid under the couch and needed coaxing. The adjustable collar doesn't fit him very tightly, especially when he's moving. Maybe because he has a too small neck? We've made sure it stays mostly in place by looping excess material around the collar to prevent it from unraveling. He seems to be getting used to it after a week, although he still barks 3 times before the beep/vibration sequence starts. As mentioned, we've only been using it for a week, so we'll see how it continues to perform in the future. - Update 6/23/19 - PawPets kindly contacted me and I have attached the picture they shared. After that, the collar should not loosen during activity. As a result, I've raised my overall rating from 3 to 4 stars as this seems to have solved my issue.
