Not what I expected, absolutely awful

The strands are completely off. The lit tresses are my old tresses from last year and they are still burning, the new ones haven't even been plugged in as of yesterday and have gone out, could have burned for an hour, I wouldn't recommend buying the product, that sucks, that's ridiculous , now I have to open the fuse box on all of them and try to figure out what the problem is. that's stupid
