Review on Royal Hotel 650 Thread Count Cotton Blend Wrinkle Free by Megan Gardner

I really liked these sheets when they arrived but they are not as described. Every morning the bottom sheet would fall off the corners of the mattress. It's big enough for deep mattresses, but the elastic isn't tight enough to stay in place. This is a real problem. They should also get softer with every wash, but they don't. I've spent way too much time on these sheets to prove they're worth the money and now I'm missing my return date by 2 days. I give them to charity. Addendum to the above review: I am amazed at how quickly the company resolved the above issue. You have the absolute best customer service I have ever dealt with - I don't want to bore you with the details but I am very happy with my new sheets. Many Thanks.
