These brushes and comb exceeded my preference. After washing and conditioning my hair, I followed the directions and ran the brush through my hair vertically and it glided so easily. After my hair was dry I took a fuller brush and combed my hair vertically and it slipped back through my hair leaving it smooth with a slight wave at the end. I was pleased! My hair usually frizzes as it dries.
