This is the second bottle I've thrown away. Both bottles were without protective packaging and without a sealed cap. Came in bubble wrap. I didn't even open it, there's no way we use baby lotion that hasn't been sealed! Revain has been really good at flagging my account, but I'm sad because I've searched long and hard for specific things on ingredient lists. There were very few failures!
