Most inverters that I have seen in stores in this power range are only suitable for car sockets. I really like that this inverter has the possibility to be connected directly to the battery and not just to the cigarette lighter socket. I bought it due to its limited power and size as it can be left on for long periods of time and the small cooling system uses little to no power. The system seems to be well built and the only downside I see is that the instructions are horribly written. Of course, the system is very simple, so you won't need it, but the manufacturer should definitely invest some money in proofreading the supplied literature.
