They are excellent. They work with both short and longer bits. I can't tell you how many times I've used a regular magnetic bit holder and the tips have fallen out during use. They keep the tips in place. If you use them with a regular magnetic system , they can also fall out, but with them they are much easier to find and you don't lose the tiny tip (especially if you working outdoors at night). Grass). I rate them a 10 because they will eliminate so many frustrations in my work!
