I bought one and immediately bought another. It far exceeded my expectations for the price. Then. I realize I spoke as if I had never used a knife. I have 20 year old Henckel knives (probably a starter set) and I really like them. I cook more and my big knives are always dirty. So I bought this. From the moment I got my hands on it, I found that there wasn't a single complaint I had with my other Henckels, which was that they irritated my hand when I used them for grinding. I could tell right away that this knife wouldn't have that problem. After numerous uses, I am just as in love with the knife. EXTREMELY on both my first and second purchase.
