In my personal opinion these are really cool sneakers, they are light and comfortable, I think they are good for running but I am not sure if they are good for that going to the gym or going for a run. I am happy with them, these shoes look very cool and I put them on as soon as I get them out of the box, they are easy to put on, good quality and good price.
