It came with a bad battery that was 3 years old and didn't hold a charge. We had my first device and it worked perfectly so I replaced the good battery and it worked great. Rollibot's customer support is simply amazing. To replace the battery I need to send a brand new and working device. Shipping costs alone make no sense. and the way the boxes are handled, they can crumple on the way there or back. Even after trying to charge this, the battery only holds 2.1v and then drops to 1.4v after 30 minutes. You still need the whole bot. To get a replacement I was told to either send the whole unit back to Amazon and get a brand new one or send the whole bot to Rollibot to have the damn battery replaced. with delivery in both directions. It makes no sense. Pray your block is working properly. This is simply unacceptable.
