Review on ๐Ÿ”ช LEVINCHY Damascus Chef's Knife 8 inch: Handmade, Razor Sharp, Corrosion Resistant - Perfect for Professional Kitchens by Karen West

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Great Price Cutlery & Knife Accessories

This knife has arrived razor sharp. It's very light compared to typical premium Japanese knives, but I don't see a disadvantage in that. It seems to have a great advantage, and if it maintains that advantage over time through regular sharpening, it wins. especially at its amazing value. The steel appears to be of very good quality. The only weird thing is why they call it damascus steel. First, the real steel in this knife is much better than Damascus steel, and second, all stock Japanese patterned knives have this pattern. It does not come from traditional steel production
