Our daughter is starting to learn how to use chopsticks and this was a great tool for her to start with. She's a bit confused about where to go with her fingers, but once she gets help from me and has them on her fingers, she's ready to go and LOVES them! My daughter is three years old, so her "sense" of agility isn't great, if that makes sense. She started showing interest in our chopsticks and managed to put food in her mouth (by poking both chopsticks or using them together) so I thought it would be a good move to make her feel like an adult could. Our family cooks sushi about twice a month. It feels great and I am very happy with this purchase. I know this is a great stool for her to learn how to use her chopsticks properly.
