Well at least it's broken.

I had high expectations of this product. It felt very tight in the hand and was very sharp. However, when cutting the turkey carcass, the metal broke through the plastic handle. Maybe it was too hard work, but they broke. Maybe 100% metal is better for these high torque jobs.
