I've been using this shampoo for about 3 years, don't like it or hate it but I'm afraid to try something new because my hair is picky so I'll stick with it. Pros: - It doesn't leave any residue or heavy feeling on your hair - It smells pretty nice - It rinses out very easily - It's moisturizing if you use it with conditioner. Cons - You have to use a lot of it - If you have dry hair like me, even with conditioner you still need more product to soften your hair - Smell is good but not strong so if you like strong smells is this probably none of your business
