Works fine. It came with all the parts claimed, it's a good mic although I can't compare it to others because it was my first mic. The USB cable is long enough if your computer is next to you, but if your mic/sound room is away from your computer you'll need a longer USB cable, although at this speed you're just a regular mic stand I think and so on. Ps. My husband just submitted his first online voiceover audition with this and I think it sounds better than a bunch of other auditions.
