The VESA mount is VERY BIG and can cover the rear ports!
This does not mean that this product is not suitable. I had no way of knowing this until I got it and placed on the back of the monitor that the VESA mount is VERY large - to support displays up to 42" I think. Problem when used on small computer monitor type displays, most have connectors on the back of the monitor (not on the bottom edge like most LED TVs). This article is useless if you try to use all four screws for the VESA mount! Luckily for me the monitor was so light and I mounted it on a cube wall on my desk that I only needed the top two screws for the VESA -Mount and I agree, but the buyer is still paying attention.
