Review on π Strathmore Mixed Media Vellum Cards & Envelopes - White, 5 x 6-7/8 Inches - Pack of 10 by Angela Rodriguez
NOT for watercolor
I usually buy Strathmore watercolor cards. But based on the reviews I decided to give it a try. It might be fine for other mediums, but I wouldn't recommend it for watercolor. There's no tooth to hold the color and the colors just don't look right (this is the first time I've tried a piece I've painted before so I know how it should turn out). Guilty. I know parchment is a smooth surface but I've never painted on it. Ah, lesson learned.
