Review on 🍳 Stanley Adventure Prep + Cook Set - 1.58 Quart, Stainless Steel: Ultimate Outdoor Cooking Companion by Donald Blasko

Revainrating 3 out of 5

This is a good cooking set that lives up to its advertising.

I bought this set for a pot and bowls. It's not a luxury dinnerware set, but it does justice to it and is a good set for the money. The sheet metal may be a little heavier as the current weight flexes quite easily. The plastic handle/tab on the lid should be a spot welded ring that grips like a regular pot lid handle. A promise to hang a pot over the fire would be a nice OEM addition, but this is easy to fix at home with a drill and wire. The bowls are STRONG and adult-safe; The factory could lighten them up a bit. The shoulder blade is fine - being able to break it makes it attractive and comfortable. The ladle is indeed designed for much larger utensils (almost a small bowl in its own right), I would have preferred it to be more like a serving spoon as that would increase its usefulness. This is a regular cooking set that comes as advertised. Although I wish I had bought the set from Walmart as they sell it for $10 less.

Pros
  • also understandable for the old ones
Cons
  • Some little things
