This set of 12 was a very good buy; six of each color. Sits snugly and securely on the wrist due to its nighttime visibility. At 12 inches long, they are not long enough to hold my jeans in ankle cuffs while cycling. However, it was very easy to overlap a couple of these (4" overlay) and use Shoe-Goo (or other flexible glue) to make a 20" long block that works very well. The sill rolls up neatly and is definitely long enough to handle my pant's cuff work. With a dozen in a pack, my spouse and I have economic flexibility. Worth buying.
