I take shoes 6 1/2 and ordered size 7. In the reviews someone said they are too big. So I figured I had enough room for a sock. I can wear 7 but they are tight and my legs hurt a little. No room for socks. You are made small! So I ordered 8 1/2. 8 1/2 comfortably! They fit well. I could even wear a very thin sock with it, but not a regular sock. I like them because I have neuropathy and can't wear regular shoes. In any shoe, my gait becomes much worse than when walking barefoot. Even slippers prevent me from walking. Minimalist Barefoot Sock Shoes I can walk like I can walk barefoot, but my feet are protected! The soles fit my feet, not me trying to fit the sole.
