A few months ago I added a basic security system to my home consisting of two Wyze Cam v2, a Wyze Cam Pan and a multi-sensor bridge. The kitchen chamber was installed above the refrigerator, and the closest outlet was the one above the microwave. Unfortunately, the cable that came with it was too short, and while I was considering buying a USB extension cable, I figured it would be better if the entire length of the cable was one long cable, rather than an extension cord. Knowing that not all micro USB cables fit the small hole on the back of the Wyze Cam v2 cameras, I finally stumbled across this list of products that met the exact requirements I needed. It's been a few months now and I can report that the cable works great. I used the included power adapter that came with the camera and it's been working non-stop ever since. There's nothing special about this cable other than fitting into a small hole in the back of my Wyze Cam v2. The ends are made of plastic and the connector itself is made of metal. If it is used on a security camera or an object that is fixed or rarely moved, this cable will do. However, if you plan to use it for something else, you might want to consider something else. Overall I am very happy with this product and would highly recommend it to anyone with a security camera that requires a micro USB port.
