Everything included. Can't comment on the fragility of the resin cutter wheels yet, but one 24mm cutter wheel broke into several pieces upon arrival. Perhaps this would not have happened if the individual wheel types were separated in a plastic box. That is, if the little box were formed into sections for individual pieces, rather than being loosely tucked away as is best; but that would increase the price of a nickel ($0.05). Pretty sure 24mm resin cutter wheels don't pick up any pinch torque, they're very thin. I believe the key factor is running very slowly. The quick change chuck will not adapt to a rotary Dremel tool; The threaded rod of my tool is too short. Otherwise I got what I paid too much for and my wishes didn't come true.
