****** UPDATE ******* The seller contacted me within a day of writing my review below. No questions or problems, they gave me a full refund on my purchase. I really appreciate their customer service and I really want this fan to work. All reviews were great and I liked it as long as it worked with no popping noise. My proposition. I just got sick. Thanks to the customer service provided, I gave the product a higher rating. I ONLY bought this fan in December and have used it a few times and now it makes noise when it is turned on - looks like something is popping in there. . It doesn't matter what settings are enabled - it makes that sound. I can't use it because of this new loud noise. Too bad all the reviews were good.
