It comes folded and you need to iron the creases yourself!

The print quality was pretty good, but the mouse pad was folded, leaving a big bump right in the middle of the mouse pad. After repeated attempts to smooth the mat with heavy objects and an iron, they are a little faded and are more likely to fade with long-term use and time.
