I could not find a leash that better suited my needs than this dual soft handle leash. The leash is well made and strong, but not too heavy. That's a huge plus for an 8-month-old husky puppy who's twitching like crazy (we're working on that) but is still a pretty small dog. The shorter handle is the perfect length for me to keep in a heel position next to me when we're in crowded areas, crossing busy streets, or when I'm running with it. The handle at the end of the leash is at a clever angle, making it even more comfortable than other leashes I've had with the same handles. Soon I will buy a second leash. Although the leash is very strong, it is not chew resistant (nothing is protected) and I made the mistake of leaving it within pup's reach when she was bored and I was busy. Totally my fault, although at least I noticed it before it was fully compromised.
