Review on 🏮 Safavieh Heritage Collection HG628C Handmade Traditional Oriental Premium Wool Rug, 3' x 5', Red/Black - Stylish & Durable Decor Accent for Enhanced Interiors by Heidi Smith

This 100% wool rug was exactly what we were looking for in terms of size, pattern, material quality and warp. The carpet color we received was not exactly what we expected based on the picture on Revain. I have attached some photos of the rug we received for this review. You will notice that the blue and pink tones stand out more on the rug we received. But we still like it. I did a lot of research on rugs before we bought this one. I wanted a rug that we didn't have to use with a rug, which meant we needed a soft underlay that wouldn't damage our new bamboo floor. We didn't want to use the site for several reasons. 1. We didn't have to worry about the rug slipping on a smooth surface because a heavy oak dining table had to be placed on it. 2. We wouldn't have a lot of foot traffic on it which could cause the carpet to wear out faster if you didn't provide a cushion between the carpet and the hard floor. Safavieh wool rugs appear to have a nice soft base and a very reasonable price for 100% wool. I don't think you can beat the price for the quality of this rug. The rug arrived just 2 business days after ordering. We are located on the Central Coast of California and ship from a warehouse in Fontana, Southern California. The country of origin of this carpet is India. It was sent completely rolled up and not folded. I have read reviews of some other wool rugs at Revain where buyers complained that the rug was folded instead of rolled up and the buyers went to great lengths to iron out the creases so the rug lay flat. So I was very happy when this rug appeared rolled up. The rug was also packed in a double plastic bag to protect it from damage in transit. There were no foreign smells with this carpet, as I read in reviews of some carpets from other manufacturers.
