Review on 🔪 Jaco Master Knife Block Set of 5 - AUS10 Series - Premium Damascus Blade - Professional Kitchen Cutlery with Case by Karla Garcia

My last Nakiri blade was a Pioneer Woman brand which has served me well for over 2 years but the blade started to chip and needed constant sharpening. I hope that with the cost of THIS Nakiri I won't have these problems for many years. Extremely hot out of the box, I ran over red cabbage, bok choi and vidalia with ease. The damascus pattern is beautiful and the overall quality of the blade appears to be worth the money, but only time will tell if this is the case. Having only used it once (so far) I would recommend buying this knife. If anything changes I will come back with an honest assessment of my experience. Happy cutting!
