Review on Wilton 2105 8243 Premium Non Stick Bakeware by John Banks

I bought this mainly for making pizza, also used it for cinnamon rolls and the like. I tend to make fairly hefty tiered pizzas that can weigh around 12 pounds lol. Now this pan is quite thin and I was worried that when I take my monster pizza out of the oven the pan will warp due to the heat and its thin shape. he was completely rigid. I had no warping or bending when pulling it out. Excellent heat transfer. Mine didn't burn or burn. Now when they say it doesn't stick, they mean it. I just tilted the pan slightly towards the cutting board and lifted the pizza with no problem. I didn't even have to try. It's nice and easy to hand wash, yes it's dishwasher safe but well you'll end up ruining the non-stick coating. 30 seconds for manual brushing and you're done. The best pizza pan I've ever tried.
