Worked great. Good value for money. Fits perfectly. Some experience is required for installation. One of the nuts is in a tight corner and often falls through. Assembly is simplified if the door panel is removed. To remove the door panel, there are YouTube videos from other people showing the location and method of the three screws that need to be removed. The panel is then held together with self-clinching screws that require a special technique to remove easily. Insert a large screwdriver into the hole at the bottom of the plate and pull to remove the interference fit screws. Other methods of removing press-in screws one at a time didn't work for me and would damage the paint.
