it's a beautiful piece and a solid piece of furniture. I have it in the back of my living room and it looks good. I'm glad I spent the extra money on the lift lid as I use it every day to scoop out the trash. On my adult back, it's much easier to reach the tray when I'm kneeling on the floor. I have a large and tall tray, so I didn't use the divider that came with it. Because of this, I couldn't attach the support arm for the top (it attaches to the splitter). Despite this, I still love this litter box. I also taped a thick piece of cardboard to block a door when the tray was pushed against it. Also note that these doors are nice and tall and lower than the other parts. Some other parts have smaller openings or are higher on the sides. I don't think my cats would like smaller or larger holes along with a tray inside.
