I've been looking for scissors like this for a long time, but for some reason I never got my hands on them. Now that I've tried them with cilantro and parsley, I don't think I should have waited so long to get them. This is a really easy way to do it. They are well made, feel snug enough and run smoothly. It's good that cleaning tools were included because without them these shears would be difficult to clean. Herbs stuck to everything, but between a multi-bladed plastic stick and a brush, it was easy to clean. I really like them and I'm glad I finally have them.
