Extremely easy installation requires no disassembly of the laptop.1) Remove the bottom screws from the E6420. remove the floor; 2) Carefully remove the antenna wires from the old Wi-Fi card. Remove the screws that hold the card in place 3) Remove the old card, insert the new Alfa card 4) Reattach the card with the screws. Carefully connect the old antenna wires. Reattach the bottom of the laptop. That's all. Works great with Linux. When connected to a WiFi 6 hotspot, I get WiFi 6 speeds. And Bluetooth works much better than before. Because this board uses U.FL antenna connectors, no adapter cables are required.
