The cable from the laptop to the transformer unit is not long enough to put on the floor and too long to leave on a table so the transformer hangs in the air from the back of my laptop, which puts tension on the cable. This causes my previous charger to become unrecognized and not charge the laptop battery. But this is my second purchase so I should be fine. I really couldn't find anywhere in the descriptions to rate this.
