Review on 💍 BONLAVIE Women's Sterling Silver Teardrop Pear Cut Created Purple Amethyst Engagement Wedding Ring - 8.8ct by Nancy Meyer

It looks more like purple CZ than a lab made (or real mined) amethyst, but I still really like it. CZ have colorful flares like diamonds. So under the light it has the flashes of red and blue that you see in purple CZs but not in amethysts. I have lab made amethysts and purple CZs. So it's more like a purple diamond in that regard. What's not to like about that. Even if it's CZ and not amethyst, the stone is harder, hardness 9 instead of 7. So that's okay too. It looks more like a 4 or 5 carat stone than almost 9 carats. I wish it was more what I expected. I took off a star because it appears distorted, wrong or not, due to the size of the stone and my suspicion that it is not as described. I think I'll buy another one though, so I'm stacking/placing two of these together in a bypass - indicates I should get more of that purple look. I have already paired this with a solitaire ring and they are very comfortable together and look amazing. I could also use pink topaz as another "crafted?" layout option. This ring is a very rich deep purple color and is excellent value for money.
