Review on Dexter Russell S186PCP Produce Knife 6 by Alexa Olea

Initially I was disappointed with this knife because it didn't suit the application I was hoping for but it surprised me for other uses like slicing tomatoes like others reviewers noted. So I tried removing the skin from the melon and watermelon and was very pleased. This is my first knife of this size that follows the curve of the fruit and allows you to make tight cuts. And it still worked well for tomatoes. The square end is another interesting feature that has come in handy for certain applications. I have several Dexter knives and love them all. The reason for the four stars is that the handle of this knife can become uncomfortable after prolonged use on something hard. I also sometimes confuse the sharp side with the non-sharp side.
