The mats are well built and heavy for their size. The largest is very large and I only had a place where it could fit in my kitchen. I don't know how to wash it! The mats arrived in plastic bags to allow the corners to be turned. Some of the corners are bent, creating a tripping hazard. Due to the design direction, I couldn't turn them over so the folded up corner was under the edge of the cabinet. Just ordered materials to keep the corners in shape without laying the floors. I didn't expect any costs! The colors are duller than I expected and the brown frame is very dark and rich, taking the usual happy fruit look to its lowest point. Next time I'll look elsewhere for kitchen mats.
