Victorinox has been around for a long time, that's saying something. Excellent quality.

I've always liked Victorinox (Swiss Army) knives. After watching an amazing review/comparison of quality knives. (You Tube. Americans test the kitchen) They compared the Victorinox chef's knife to the knife with the highest value for money, and it was very comparable. They even went into the steel composition. Of course I bought Victorinox and am very impressed.
