Just received today and they are as expected. Our child (almost a year old and in the 95th percentile for size / she is HUGE for her age) wears size 5 Garanimals shoes and not all brands are created equal. Some 5 sizes are too small but not this one. Fortunately, they have about an inch of room to grow. I like that there is a fabric lining inside and handles to pull on. The navy blue we received is beautiful and matches our girls raincoat. It is a rich and deep royal blue. Slightly darker than Pepsi Blue. I must mention that she loves the light. She'll spin in circles with her head down, hypnotized and just watching you. I know, that as a kid he loved the light in his shoes, and I know most other kids did too. It's also a fun way to find them and figure out where they're staying when they wander around a bit on dark days. These are very bright.
