Love that it comes in and out - not just a paper filter - Pleasantly surprised at how easy it glides on and fits perfectly in my Bissell. I have 4 dogs and 3 cats so I use it a lot and have to change the filter often. It's much easier than taking it apart to replace the paper filter. The downside is that it's plastic, so it shouldn't be thrown in the trash, but it's easy enough to separate the paper from the plastic for recycling.
