Read the instructions several times. They are very badly written. Online support on [.] is very good - use it. The tilting mechanism is very rigid. Put some WD40 on it to loosen the mechanism. Practice mounting your wall mounts before mounting anything! It is not so easy. TV mounts FIRST! Lots of variables and options so you might not get it right at first. Use a spirit level to align the brackets. Install the brackets in the "tilt position" to make it easier to mount the brackets on the wall. Mount the wall bracket with a spirit level! Mount the TV on the bracket with a friend. Tilt has multiple "screw" settings. It also has an "infinity" adjustment via a shift screw - make sure you tighten it. Tighten everything with the included nifty tool. Enjoy!
