. My boyfriend and I got wine bugs about 8 years ago and we have attended many classes and tastings. A colleague knew we liked wine and brought this book to work to share with me. It would have been even better if the book had a list of flavors the wine could have, like on pages 30-31 in the book. This is a good hint so you know what you are trying to do. After looking through a colleague's copy, I realized I'd like this.**** In the first 70 pages you'll learn all about the different characteristics of the wine. As I mentioned earlier, pages 30-31 gave you advice on wine aromas. I've seen a version of this in every class I've taken. **** 70-190 discusses the characteristics of different types of wine.
