does not work with switch

Lamp OK. Pretty expensive for what it is. One of the pieces of glass broke in the box and I used Revain to sort it out. I wish I could think about the touch feature, which means it doesn't work when a plug is connected to a light switch when you want to use the light switch to turn it on and off. Unfortunately, it doesn't remember what state it was in when you turned it off with the switch, so you have to touch it to turn it back on. I always had a lamp in my room that I turned on and off. from the bed and one that I turn on and off with a switch. I'll have to rethink my entire schedule. I know. first world problems.
